Little Bean is TWO!

It's true...HE's TWO!

We've been talking about his birthday a lot ever since his pal Griffin's birthday just a few weeks ago. That's when it all came together for him...birthdays mean cake! And some extra love, attention, and a few gifts too.

River was up bright and early and Sissy quickly followed. We decided to go ahead with an early morning birthday bash, just the four of us before Daddy left for work.

Of course his rolling suitcase was a hit. What toddler doesn't love a rolling suitcase?!

And his clearance "D" wristbands from the VandalStore...he's still wearing them...in bed, right now.

Oh...a book!

And some bling for his bike...a basket and a bell.
He told us promptly after opening the basket that he was going to fill it with pinecones and rocks.
Someday....someday, I will miss all this "nature" that fills our pockets and covers our floor.

Happy Birthday Bean

This weekend we are off to a joint birthday party in Sandpoint for Sage and River. Grandma Tara is flying to Moscow on Thursday for the big bash...so we have lots of excited little bodies around here!

Thank you for all the happy birthday phone calls today fam! Hearing from all of you just made his birthday that much more special.

River had THE BIGGEST smile on his face listening to Gramma Amoo sing him "happy birthday!"

He sure felt loved!
